Perfect stay for 11 nights in the two bedroom apartment in a quiet flat. Stunning and incredible location - metres from Saint Nicolas Church. And just off regular buses or taxi.

It was a such wonderful stay for 11 nights in the two bedroom apartment: stunning location and friendly staff. Well-equipped and neat rooms, with a fridge, lovely balcony plus stunning view, that appeared to be useful. Check-in was convenient.

The hotel's location offers stunning views and is conveniently close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even providing free transfers. The swimming pool was clean and a great place to relax.

The hotel is situated on a hill, which means a bit of effort is required to walk to the beach and restaurants. However, there is a supermarket and a good restaurant at the top of the hill, which is a plus.

The apartment was basic, I loved its QUIET atmosphere and location close to the hiking trails, the city center and supermarket, and the bus station.

The accommodation was basic located right by the city center and supermarket and closest Restaurant and Supermarket, that's what I was expecting. The staff were incredibly nice people, I had a comfortable stay for 11 nights in the two bedroom apartment. Its location was great and fantastic, minutes from The House of Vlaho Bukovac.

Place was basic and next to Church of st Nicholas. Had convenient check-in too. Had everything we needed, new-fashioned and bright room with twin beds.

Tbh, the room was a little dark.

we had an amazing view , great room lots of space that was cleaned every day. the apartments are up a hill but that's how we had the best views of Cavtat. we would go back to these apartments as they where perfect for us. staff where friendly and helpful but mostly left us alone. we had the pool to ourselves some days and the apartments felt very relaxed and peaceful.

we only needed a safety deposit box, otherwise it was a great apartment and great value for money

Basic apartment with lovely location close to supermarkets, restaurants and the bus station, Dubrovnik and the airport and airport. A quiet atmosphere, views of the sea.

It's basic place with unbeatable location close to Cavtat port, Dubrovnik via boat, bus or taxi, and the beautiful sea.

It's lovely apartment not far from the restuarants, the hiking trails and charming Cavtat, loved it. Had everything we needed, couldn't recommend more.

We got great value for our money at Villa Voinic. The room was lovely with superb views from the balcony. The location was quiet and idyllic, and the staff treated us with utmost kindness and generosity throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

It's family operated and the family is exceptionally hospitable and friendly. Everything was very clean. I was there for the Plitvice Lakes so it was a short drive and also close to restaurants and two small towns, caves and a scenic drive. A refrigerator is available for use by guests, as is a downstairs covered patio with table and chairs.

The room was small so the bed dominated the space. The optional breakfast was expensive, but I was spending dollars so everything was.

Large clean room with all facilities. Wonderful view from large balcony (ask for sea view). Staff very helpful and keen to rectify any problems. 5 mins from centre but up a steep road (why you have such a good sea view), ensure the taxi driver drops you off there and not the town like ours did!
